Now that I have the engine and tranny
Is there something to do on it before it goes back in?
Oil and filter is standard but what else?
Tranny worked fine with no issues or leaks

Replace all the rubber and plastic shifter bushings, this time of year we are seeing more posts about them breaking probably due to the colder weather making them more fragile.
