Well, first off 83 300sd with 205k on it. Anyways almost all vacuum lines are filled with tranny fluid. As i remember last time i looked (a few years ago) it was a green soleniod on trans with a black rubber cap (cap cracked and leaking). I think it"s called a modulator valve. The vac system fills with fluid so i guess i don't have to worry about carbon/sludge build up! Can this solenoid be repaired or have to be replaced or is it an internal trans baffle? Any insite thanks! I do have a few 126's in local scrap yard to pull parts from.
oh also the vacuun levers(on valve cover) are worn out.

Plus one, it has a diaphragm inside that has ruptured, change the modulator and you'll cut down on the mosquito fog you're leaving in your wake. :)

Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg
