My tow hook cover and other parts arrived back from the MB body shop a few days ago and are ready to be put back on the car!! They did a great job spraying them #147 arctic white for a more than fair price.

I've popped the jacking point caps back into place, those were easy enough but how do I attach the tow hook cover? I don't see how it could just pop back into place as it sits rather loose in the cutout.

I'll have a picture of the cover up in the next few days, maybe I am missing some clips or something?

There should be 2 plastic straps which lock into 2 corresponding holes and then yes, it just clips in - should be fairly snug in there however.

Ah, I must be missing these then.

Can they be ordered standalone? If so, does anyone have the part #?

There are two tabs on the tow hook cover that are part of the molded plastic. They are beveled on one side so you can set one side into the holes of the bumper cover and then flex the cover and snap the cover into the other hole. They're more fun to try and remove until you get the hang of it.
