Thanks Suerte, i have seen this video before when i replaced the other side torsion bar bush. However the side i am working on needs the whole torsion bar replacing and as such i cannot find any hints or tips on removing it from the car, this is really what i am looking for.

If you're stuck on step 5 or 6, you probably need a bigger hammer.

Having issues with the sleeve, cant see how it slides / moves back? The removal instructions says there is a bolt to remove though cannot see one on the sleeve itself? Have included some shots of the sleeve.
