I bought one from Northern tools to do my own oil changes, but have been unable to remove more then two quarts of oil.....Does anyone who does their own oil changes have any recomendations? TIA Sebi

My I ask where did you insert the hose to suck the oil out? AFAIK you only can use the Topsider if you have a dip stick, our C's don't have that.[:(]

There is a dipstick plug, without the dipstick.....for the MOTOR oil. I tried it on my Boxster S and same Result...

Sebi, do us a favor double check the dipstick you are talking about, is it the one behind the engine passenger side? AFAWK that plugged dipstick is for the trranmission fluid. All new V6 C class engine doesn't have an oil dipstick. I'm afraid you sucked out the tranny fluid[:0][:(][V]

It's on the Driver's side.....It's DEFINETLY not tranny fluid. I was told that's where the dealers or whomever removes the oil as there is no drain plug.
