I carry cheap 195/65/15's. I want to go back to original equipment 185/65/15. Since we get about 15 snowdays a year, everybody goes nuts (the WORST drivers live between Philadelphia and DC). So roads don't get cleared up. Since I'm driving 190D, the performance is not that important, besides the car is daily commuter. I'm looking for something good - all season, with decent performance, good in snow, and cheap. Question: If I stay with the original wheels, should I change to 185/65/15, and what tires do you guys recommend? So far based on tire rack, I think I like Yokohamas Avid T4's, but I'm opened to suggestions <p>

I actually like Blizzaks for winter but for all-seasons, I'd go for the Yoks.

No snow tires on my Evo II because I will only drive it when its sunny and no snow on the road, but: Last year I used Pirelli snowsport I believe on my SLK and they were pretty snow good tires.<p>
