-I am very green on the subject of tires
-I like the staggered look
-however the width of my rims are the same
-can I get a larger tread width and diameter tires for the rear, or will that cause alingnment problems, and problems with my ABS and traction control, like the guy from SEARS told me?
Specifics:
1995 C280
I bought the car with 16 rims and can’t afford to buy a larger size
I would like to get Dunlop sp5000’s
225/50 front & 245/50 rear
or
225/50 front & 245/45 rear (the problem with this combo is the rear tires have 4 less revs per mile in the rear than the front per specs)
will the skinner rim cause the tire to buldge and componsate for the less revs?
What do you suggest?
Thanks,
WES
