i am looking for comfort ride as my kids will ride back seat most of the time, so i dont want it to scrape or rub

tire rack gave me 2 optional sizes

235 50 18 front
265 45 18 rear

or

225 50 18 front
255 50 18 rear

can you explain the differences with all 3 set including your size?

thanks a million!

This will work too.
Slight improved ride comfort as you've notched up the tire sidewall height.

M12 x1.5 are what I use on our monoblocks.
What oem size are you using?

uh oh problem,

the oem lugnuts are too big for rim hole, what can I do? any advice? bummed out:confused:
Someone didn't do their homework.

Your 1997 S500 uses 14mm x 1.5 bolts. It's likely your Monoblock came off a W210 E55 which used 12mm x 1.5 bolts.

What are the part numbers on the back of the rims?

also i believe the wheels belong on an e55, which i did not read correctly
You have two options.

1) Sell your current rims and buy the correct ones.
2) Have the holes drilled out......I would pass on this one.

imo, I would resell these ones you picked up and seach for another set. These still fetch a shiny penny on the market.
