Tire Rotation

I did a search but didn't see anything. What is the correct tire rotation for the 2010 ML350 4Matic? The manual states front to rear (as I recall), so I take that to be keep the tires on the same side of the vehicle and move the rear to the front and the front to the rear. Would that be correct? Also, what are the correct jacking points for my floor jack?
