In the E55 rear dunlop sp9000 there was a pinhole leak in the sidewall that could only be seen after applying soapy water. It really can't be seen without a magnifing glass. Does this sound really strange? What could puncture the tire with that small a hole and leave no trace on the outside?. The tire pressure was at 36psi. Are there manufacturers defects where the side wall just separates in that fashion?I have 5000 miles on the tires and would not like to pay for a new one.
