Have to replace tie rod ends and drag link ends. DC tells me that they are not sold individualy anymore. Is there anyway around that?
Has any body made their own tie rod and drag link? Have searched the forum and seen that someone mentioned Isuzu ends and Ford Transit ends. Isuzu I can get here but no parts number were mentioned. Ford I can not get here.

Thx

Mike

I just replied to you but it was the wrong post!

So I’ll try again

Try a search here http://webcat.sachs.de/

there are a number of track rod ends that look like the fit - the Ford Transit is one of them

Hope this helps.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction to buy a new set of tie rods? I can't speak enough Russian to know for sure but I think that is what the mechanic is trying to tell me I need to replace. My steering wheel always seems to be off to the right and from time to time I notice that my steering is not so smooth.

I changed booth ends of the bar, I whent to my parts shop, we found out the isuzu NKR, was a possible swap, When in the future I have need to chage those again, it will be a cheap swap, they cost booth 35euros with taxes, and they came with a grease point And they look very strong like the ones in the G, It´s a van like this:

I advise you to take your old ones, to compare to the new ones,

oldg,

if your steering wheel is off to the right your panhard rod is most likely bent. Follow the discussion on this thread;
http://www.benzworld.org/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=1208882&posts=23&hl=panhard

If your drag link is bent (shortens the effective length) your steering would also be off to the right.
Drag link can be inspected visually - panhard needs to be measured.
