Hello there. First time posting, so bear with me!
Right - I've recently got a 2000 V230 with just over 50k on the clock. I'm really chuffed with it and can't see myself going back to 'normal' cars!

The only thing is, when using the engine at low revs (around 2000rpm) to slow down slightly, such as going down hill or so, when I start to accelerate gently again there's a slight hesitation or hiccup. Nothing serious but your heart does skip a beat!

Any thoughts on this?
It hasn't got much of a service history, so I'm about to change all the filters and oil, hopefully this'll sort it out..?

Many thanks - Andy

Hi Andy
A couple of things come to mind, could be a slight air leak at the inlet manifold or leaking vacuum hose / sensor. The other idea was the electronic throttle position sensor or pot on the accelorator pedel.
