Theres a 1997 E320 at my local dealership for 10K. I really want to trade in my BIG HEADACHE 1998 BMW 328is for it. Are there any major problems with these Mercedes ? Anything I should look for ?

1997 is a long time ago for a car that you have no idea how it was taken care of. Spend 3-5k more and get a 2000 to 2001. with about 80k on it.

For that price you could find diesel model of this year.
That would be the last car you'd have to buy in your life, if you are over 25.

Price seems a couple thousand high: make 'em a lower offer if you really like it, contingent on an independent inspection: current needs as well as near-future ones. If you wait you may lose it.

wizz the price i think is a bit high for a 97 with almost 100k....i was doing a quic search online on autotrader and i found bunch of 210 98'-99 for the price you want to buy yours...
