I was over in Germany and saw a couple 190's that had over a million kilometers(about 600,000 miles)

My friend's 1985 190E 2.3 has over 314,000 miles.

Every 190 owner should be proud of their vehicle. It offers the best reliability, safety and luxury for this size car. And yes, it will become a Daimler-Benz classic vehicle late in this decade. The 190 made history by proving that very small cars can still be luxurious and safe.

popkwizz,

How is your 1986 300E? Probably more than 200,000 miles, huh?...

1985 190E 2.0

My 85 190E 2.0( yes, exclusively imported from Germany because 2.0's aren't sold in the U.S.)also has a rough start. For the first 5-10 seconds the engine shakes and rumbles quite violently but the ride is smooth and pleasant. This usually happens after a long night or a long period of not using the car
