You used to be always the first one to welcome new members to this Forum.
And I remember Chicky too

M I C K was used in the USA a while back as a not so complementary name to address the Irish, so they must have recently added that to their spell checker for the Forums, trying to be "politically correct"

Heyyyyyyyyy Albert how have you been ?
Long time no see and it's actually all my fault .

Unfortunately I haven't bought another SL so I have to make do with my father's 2008 Jaguar XF for now but I haven't stopped dreaming of getting another R129 and when the time will be right it will surely be a post 2000 SL 600.

Fond memories of our R129 group get together back in 2012 in the United Kingdom.
I remember nearly rolling a brand new SL55 at that World of Benz race track. You had fun on that skid pan I seem to remember.

Bike pump seal fixes for the soft top, supercharging projects etc.

Well well great to hear from all you great guys again,
Have not been posting for a while as no longer have the SL60, very sad as I miss her very much, had to go as a house move left me with a rabbit hutch for a garage
Much more recently is that I have been banned from driving, no not for drinking but health reasons. A largish anurism which is I am told too large and dangerous to operate on. So life is restricted to a electric buggy which is not a lot of fun with our recent weather.
