UNIMOGS.
No question in my mind.
It isn't like the plural of stadium being Stadia, or any such derivation...

ONE Unimog ,
MANY UNIMOGS.

" Two UNIMOGS hooked up together to pull the stuck Unimog out of the mud."
Or
" Two UNIMOG hooked up together to pull the stuck Unimog out of the mud."

The former makes sense to me.

Slow night back there with the titaninium extrusions, extrusia , etc ?

I can't speak for our German brethren, but I would think that either version is acceptable, "Unimog(s)", based on precedent within the animal world.
For examples: there is one Buffalo and/or Water Buffalo; and there are multiple Buffalo; similarly, there is one Deer, Cougar, Coyote, Bear and in multiples of those animals there is no 's' necessarily added.
However, with plants, one tomato becomes tomatoes, banana becomes bananas, etc; even though one corn remains multiples of corn, and bamboo remains bamboo.
So, either is acceptable, depending upon 'local' custom.
An inanimate example would be "ship" becoming "ships", but "aircraft" remains "aircraft" when plural.;)

Based on automotive species :

1 Jeep
2 Jeeps

1 Hummer
2 Hummers

1 Ford
2 Fords

1Dodge
2Dodges

1 Mustang
2 Mustangs

1 VW Rabbit
2 VW Rabbits

1 Cobra
2 Cobras

Etc. etc....looking at vehicles, it seems to be the norm to add an "s", even for the
Aforementioned Cougar-
1 Cougar
2 Cougars.

For example :

" Bud Moore campaigned two Mercury Cougars in the Trans Am series for Dan Gurney and Parnelli Jones, battling the Factory Mustangs, Camaros, and Dodges in 1967 ."

That would never appear in writing without the S at the end of Cougar.

1 VW Golf
2 VW Rabbits.
