It's not that bad...
Ok, I understand you saying the quality and reliability has gone down. But it isn't THAT bad. The M class was bad for a while when it came out. But my family had an 02 with absolutely No problems. Same goes for the S-class. Mercedes realized that the cars looked cheap, and updated the materials and reliability. The 03 S-class got its update and now nobody complains about the interioir quality. Apparently, it takes them along time to work out the kinks. And none of the car magazines, if you noticed, liked the tank very much. They didn't like the handling, which I must say from driving my mom's new CL500, Is much improved.
P.S. Mercedes WILL NOT use chrysler parts. htey will use mercedes parts.
