The dealership isn't helping me out, maybe you guys can. (bi-xenon/command ?'s)

I went into Cutter Motors, Santa Barbara/Montecito's Mercedes, Porshe, Jaguar and BMW dealer, to see if it was possible for them to install the bi-xenon headlights and the command system in my 2003 C320 sport sedan that I just bought. I bought it from up north at Stahl Motor Co., Monterey Bay/Carmel's Benz dealer. The sales clerk after I waited 15 min on the sales floor, probably because i am 19 and had a tank top on showing my tatoos, they didnt think I was serious and I still dont think they don't. I should have them call Stahl mention my name and then maybe my friends up there will tell them to show some respect.
Anyways, the sales guy said that he didnt think they could install bi-xenon, it had to be done at the factory and he was prety sure they could do the command, so he sent me to the tech. who was out and I left him two messages and he never called me back.
Alright guys, what are my options? I want to install the command system and bi-xenon headlights, what price am I looking at and what is the best method to apporach this?

He is about to leave though so YOU MUST GET IN CONTACT W/HIM QUICK!!! As long as you get the bixenons you gotta get the clear fogs. I've posted pics on another thread on how my retrofit looks. installation

What about installation? Is it something I could do myself, if i got the lamps would the dealership do it for me, any reputable place in the LA-N. LA area to do it?

Yah i had heard before that it would be like $1600 bucks so that is what i was expecting. It says just plug in, is that something I could do in a few mintues with simple hand tools or should i try to sweet talk the dealer into doing it since they would have to redo the computer? I am sure too that good and bad quality lights, what would the the general consensus on these opposed to ones purchased elsewhere

Yah i had heard before that it would be like $1600 bucks so that is what i was expecting. The headlites can be installed ...Once the front Bumper is Removed! Not to big of a Job!..The Dealer Must Program the Xeon Present for the headlites To Work!

The Dealers dont Know how to Install The Comand..they say it cant be done!..I Would Recommend Steve to do the Install But Steve will be Gone This Friday!Email Steve for the return trip...

Nice auktion...

C-Class W203, SL R230, G-wagen W463

The SL R230 comand has a different shape and is not D2B based...the W463 G-class needs an analog connection to the speedpulse which is something that the W203 C-class doesn't have...so...nice auktion but that unit definitely is NOT suiteable for all 3 mentioned models.

You need to surf around more...I have heard that someone sels these bi xenon sets for 1100USD...even including shipping...
