:crybaby2:

Ok ,so I asked for some help about the my new diesel that wouldn't turn over.
I got the usual starter, battery, solenoid, cables etc,. etc..
So I charged the battery, cleaned all the cables , reattached the ground wires & put in HD 3 gauge hot wire from Battery to starter.

Hooked it up and still nothing!! So now I'm pissed!!!!
so while I was fretting about WTF I'M I going to do now, I was checking the dash and there was this STRANGE BUTTON just to the left of the steering wheel. so I press it !! and voila it starts to crank. It first scared the Shit out of me. Then I searched the local area to try to find the nearest Rock to climb under. I thought you guys would get a kick out of this!

Hey I'm I Diesel Virgin!!! What do you expect..I think I just sacrificed my first orifice rights.
Please I will take all the abuse thrown my way!!

When I pulled off the wiring harness to the starter, someone had cut a red wire going to the starter. There is another HD red wire that is on the little terminal directly under the main terminal on the solenoid. Followed it back into the the car. far as I got!
