Hi,
Try the following:
1)Get the latest firmware upgrade for your phone.
(most phone repair shops will be able to assist)
I had to get my 6210 upgraded before it would work.
2)Try somebody else's phone. If that does not work
either, your kit might be faulty and will have
to be repaired/replaced by the dealer.
3)Remember that the radio HAS to be on in order
for the phone to work. If the radio is off it
will also show "NO REMOTE" even if phone is
connected and switched on.
4)Make sure your phone's contacts at the bottom are
clean.
