Tel Aid
I no longer subscribe, and they informed me they will not answer Tel-Aid, Road Side, or SOS,I don't ever remember them giving out the phone # for it so it would be hard to call it direct. The system could be programmed at the factory with a phone number, and a password, or thru the body computer at MB. As I recall my information was faxed to Tel-Aid and then a call was made at delivery, activating the system. they probably read my caller ID and activated it. Answering services do it all the time. I am still not convinced they can deni a 911 call since all cell phones have to provide emergency service if subscribed or not by FCC ruling! Where are the attorneys on this one?
