steve does not warranty his work!!!be very careful and if something goes wrong you will just get the response that he will try to look at it when he is back in town. which is very rare!
he also doesnt tell people that 99% of his stuff is used and has sent out a ton of tail lights from wrecked cars and there are 5 people right now trying to serve him with court papers for fraud. these are the things that people dont want to hear about steve but are true.

There are far more lawyers in the world than there are freelance Mercedes experts. Steve for one is more genuine than anyone I know.

Zan, I don't know where you get your info from (taillights from wrecked cars?!?!?!) but as I wrote you before, the things you write are far from true...so please just stick to writing negative things about me that you can actually proove.

]steve, would it be more fair if i cut and paste the messages that people send me about your bad service since you seem to think there are no problems? would you like me to start posting the shops that refuse to have you send them units any more because you wont warranty them? would it be easier for you to understand then? all i was doing in this thread was explaining that you do sell seconds to people and not explain it to them first. and people should be able to know that before they buy. and tail lights(most of them are seconds from other cars...wrecked or not). why hold the truth back from people. it is very clear you do good work. you really do. but there are some of us who have had problems and your solutions are not the result that we want.it is clear you have a following for you since you do this type of work but...i would like to see your business license and the insurance you carry.

Steve, its not just you i check on. I was looking into the HPS systems and talked to Adam and he told me he had working relationships with the dealers in my area. I didnt believe him so after i got off the phone with him i called his bluff and talked to the dealers themselves. every single one he mentioned and he was right. i was hoping to catch him just hyping his product. But every dealership i spoke to agreed that they have a working relationship with HPS!!!and that is why i will only work with people who stand by their word and work.

Adam thank you for telling the truth regarding your product. after many times talking to him he did not once hype HPS for what it might be but what it was exactly. we will be ordering a few systems down here in san diego very soon.

Zan, I know that discussing your mater with you any further then what we have done in the past will be leading to nothing as I already have offered you more then I had to in regards to the problems you were having.
I have never ever NOT mentioned the fact that parts I sell are actualy refurbished or factory seconds to the people sell them to. When replying requests per email we do state the condition of the parts we offer...wether these are new, used, factory seconds or refurbished.
I have frequently suplied ONE US shop with parts in the past...the fact that this US shop no longer receives/buys parts from us anylonger is because of a different reason then the one you have been told/are telling, but we have already been going through all that before and I will leave it with that.
