Car going in for service Wed for previous post. I noticed one more thing I added to service may or may not be normal. It has the power liftgate. When it's to the full open position, you can hear a clunk in the trunk motor like the clutch released . Is that a normal characteristic?

Anyone else have this issue . There us a software update. If that does not work they replace motor!
New hatch motor installed . All works well .
