Agree. Classic symptoms of valve block allowing fluid to flow past 'closed' valve after shut-off. Assuming that is what it is it is not a Defcon 1 issue. A flush may cure it...might dislodge something and make it worse. The block can be reconditioned...replace o-rings.

The car has valve blocks front and rear, so you are all saying both valve blocks are leaking back? Seems unusual does it not?

If there is a "leak back" inside the valve body you will not see anything just looking at the outside of the valve blocks.

The blocks will need to be removed and fitted with new seals.
