I am getting all new shocks and strut mounts as well as H&R lowering springs for front and rear. I know I am not providing enough information because I'm not sure how to measure or find it but will it work with 19 inch wheels. The rear are wider any advice is appreciated

Is the car fitted with those wheels and tires now ? If not, I wouldn't lower it till I figured out if they clear as it sits. Nothing more hoopdie (except fart cans and wings) than a 129 with cut tires and beat up wheel wells because of lowered suspension.

A lot depends on the offset. Usually you will be fine with the rears if the don't rub now they probably won't after lowering. The fronts are a completely different animal. You may have no issues in a straight line and then shred your fenders when turning.

Are your fenders rolled? As tdoriot said are the 19s currently on the car?

Yes the wheels it currently has are 19 inch. In the pictures I provide I believe the car looks lowered maybe because of all the shot struts. I purchases the car with the wheels, found out they have spacers, and the tires in the rear are not only wider but thicker, and they scrape occasionally. I'm not familiar with the term rolled?? thankyou guys

I bought my sl with lowering springs and the car behaves better with them but the main thing you have to consider is the quality of roads in your area. If there are road bumps or speed bumps my choice would be stock springs. And Pete is right when he said that fronts are different animal. I have tried many combinations with different wheels and had rubbing on inside fender with 90% of aftermarket wheels

...Don't forget ground effects and tincan muffler...
I wouldn't compare installing H&R springs which are specifically made for the R129 to a tincan muffler and ground effects, you are in no way ricing the car rather making it handle better.

Back on topic: If the lip inside the fender is flat/parrallel to the road (best I can explain it) then you fenders aren't rolled. If your back wheel is already rubbing I would highly recommend you not lower the car. See if it rubbing on the lip and have it rolled so you don't slice the crap out of your tires and/or eff up your quarter panel.

Here is a pic of a fender getting rolled you can see what it was before and after being rolled.

What do you mean?

My point was, if you are having any clearance issues, blowing money and time lowering it fruther is only going to make things worse unless you reconfigure either tires, wheels, or wheel wells. Is it worth it?
Another thing to remember is hanging the bumper on curbs. They are fragile and expensive. I wouldn't lower my 600 at all from its already low stance. Just sayin.

Well I can tell that if it is currently rubbing the fender than you simply can't lower it. You could possibly install smaller spacers but then you might have issues of it rubbing on the inside.

If you aren't sure what you are looking at then go to a shop, I can almost 100% guarantee that you will need to roll the front fenders and possibly the rear quarters as well.

If you jack up the car on one side look at the other side to see if the tire & the wheel go in the fender nicely with out any rub.....

H&R springs is a good choice......
