I am trying to find someone in the US that installs supercharges on CLK's. I have talked to the people at RennTech and think that they are crazy around cost. After their two debacles in magazines am not sure that they have solved any issues yet. It appears that their are a couple of tuners in Europe that offer kits but I have not seen any here in the US. I am not ready to drop 20K with RennTeck to pick up 59HP. They keep trying to tell me I need to buy one of their 6.0 engines.....
host34.answerthink.com

Thanks for the info on the 55 kit

What mods are a part of the installed kit. Has the kit been installed on a 55 yet in the US? I would be intrested in discussing it further. I have heard that RennTech is having problems with supercharging the 5.5 engine.... computer issues more than anything.
host34.answerthink.com

HEY Samir...are you plan just to drive straight when you race an e46 M3????? Then the answer is ye..
But if you take it on the track. It lamost like DAY/NIGHT!! An e46 M3 will be up on you 2-3 laps ahead!!!!Let's see here. E46 M3 base prices is (without the rip off from some dealer)around $46,000 and a base 430 is around $53,000 plus $17,000 included labor to install it. If you add it up. The totals is for e46 M3 $46,000 and 430 $70,000. That's $24,000 different. How proud are spending that kidna money trying to beat an M3.What happen if the M3 owner decide to spend that $24,000 on his car. Then your's car would be like a Ford 'PINTO' try to race a Ferrari. Hehe...hehe...
66-42-118-165.lsan.dial.netzero.com

The kit for the 430 and 55...

Would I also need to adjust suspension and other things so the car could handle the extra power? What would need to be done besides the actual supercharger kit?

I saw that seen in Meet The Parents. I prefer 7-11 to 7-11 racing, much more intense. Winner gets
