I've got a '96 E300D with a sunroof stuck in the closed position. The sunroof worked fine till I got back from a trip to Colorado (very cold) and tried to open the sunroof. The motor is running and one side of the glass is trying to open while the other isn't (the good side moves just a little when you operate the switch). This applies to both the "open" and "tilt" functions.
Any ideas? Is this a common problem with an easy fix? I read the posts regarding the sunroof being stuck open and I'm curious if this could be the same issue and if it's repairable without being able to open the sunroof.
