The fuel door on my A35 is locked even when the doors are unlocked.

Anyone had that issue could recommend how to resolve before I schedule a visit at the dealer.

Nope.

Try removing the inner 1/4 panel and see if it’s been disconnected for some reason. If not it’s probably buggered.
Test the plug for voltage when you try locking or unlocking it.

There is a fail safe push button on all Mercedes incase the filler cap refuses to open up . You will need to remove the finisher in the trunk to get to it .,
