My car is currently at the bottom of a (very slight) hill.

I had it in winter mode and followed all proper procedures for getting it unstuck - several onlookers said it was the worst car they had ever seen in the snow Putting carpet under the wheels didn't help, neither did turning the ASR off.

I just hope nobody hits it until this snow thaws in a few days.

Sorry to hear that. I had this happin many times when I had my W202. Its really not a winter car. I had mine stuck at the bottom of my driveway first year I got it.
