So this doesnt seem right to me but philips only makes the D2R bulb in 4300K and that is what the C43 uses or am I incorrect? Based on just looking at the stock HID headlights on the C43, I would say that are 8000K or at the very least 6000K because they have a blue tint for sure. What do you guys think? I was thinking about putting in a new set of bulbs when I buy my C43 and I can't decide if I should go with the 8000K that has a great look at me appeal or go for the highest light output 4300K so I can see every crack in the road.

Yes, stock temp is 4300k. It's been proven that the 6000k range will give you the best light output. If you want to go more blue, go ahead, but you will lose brightness.

Personally, I like the 6k's myself.

I went with 4300K on my 250D and love it, definitly not too blue.
