Ok I got the car in limp mode. I found a ASG book for the 722.6. I have check replace the conductor plate(new replacment), the shift solenoids(4.5oms from junkyard), check the wires(good). but the car is still in limp mode it trips code 2 and 98 for the 1-2/4-5 Shift Solenoid Circuit. The only thing I can think what causing limp mode the TCM has gone bad.

Wicking...was this before or after you tested again?
You should explain yourself in more detailed orderly fashion, and lay your full deck out from start to finish.
History and procedure is important, otherwise you're going to get a whole flurry of members posting: ..to do this, do that, replace this, etc.
Nothing more fun than reading the obvious statements that get posted.

It's been wicking for a long time long before I got the car. ok I start from the top
1. got the car and scan it got code 2 and 92 for 1-2/4-5 Shift Solenoid Circuit.
2. replace conductor plate with a new one. while i was in there i check the all the solenoids. they tested good
3. pull the wire harness out to check the wires. all of them have .5 ohms and I clean the wires up.
4. when to the junk yard for a valve body with solenoids on it. swap the shift solenoids after testing the new ones.

Should i drown it in brake cleaner?
no.
wipe up all the moisture on the floor boards, carpeting, etc
You also need to determine if it's only oil and or water too.
If it's water then you need to find the source of the water leak.
Use CRC electrical contact cleaner for the wiring connectors and the TCM.
Allow it to dry completely. Use a hair dryer (or alternative) to expedite the process.
reinstall.
Erase codes and test.
Hopefully, your TCM survived

survived, umm i don't think so now my scanner can't talk to it. power is not coming out for the sensors, it has good power and ground.
If you cleaned it all properly, then it sounds like your old TC adapter plug needs to be replaced. These are cheap.
Reinstall.
Scan again.

I bent some of the pins on my Scanner oops. I got a test unit out of a 99 ML is not tripping code 2 and 98 for 1-2/4-5 Shift Solenoid Circuit. I disconnected the transmission and got the code and others. I'm sure is the TCM now.

The OG TCM die from transmission fluid getting to it.
