sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm going nuts tell me, is it possible to set the steering wheel radio station 'scan' buttons so that they cycle thru the station presets?

Hi Stevie- You can program the button to either scan or skip to the next programmed station. It should be in your owners manual. I was bored and playing around with my CL500 the other day and I think they have the same COMAND features. I tried to attach the relevant pages of my manual, "stations.pdf"

This is done from the settings menu in the instrument cluster.

The W220 S-Class Encyclopedia in the "stickies" section at the top of the main W220 forum page has a section on where to download electronic copies of manuals. The Encyclopedia is generally a good starting point - which is why it says "Start Here" in the title.
