Well I've noticed some sound when I turn my wheel coming from what seems to be behind the steering wheel. It is close to the steering wheel. The car makes kind of a funky rubbing sound when I turn the wheel. I'm not sure what it is or when I'll address it given that I only have 6 days until the Mille is on. I was just curious if anyone else has experienced any sounds out of the steering column and what you did to rectify the problem.

Thanks folks and I look forward to your responses!

Check the copper ring for the horn. This is usually the case of the contact rubbing metal to metal. It will make the scraping sound when you turn the steering left or right. Hope this helps.

It is just a rubbing sound when I move the steering wheel. I think adamae may have nailed it. Believe it or not my car isn't particularly loud. I've heard people say the 110 engine is noisy, but mine isn't. Maybe it is just riding my bike and heavy metal music, but the m110 isn't loud. Sounds great under heavy throttle.

Thanks for the help, I'll get back and tell you how it went.
