Could anyone please tell me how to adjust the steering box ?

Mine is 1994 E 220 Right hand drive. I've overhauled the steering box with the repair kit but I think my technician just set the steering box too tight. So it is good when driving at high speed but that made me very exhausted when city-driven. So I plan to loose it a little bit.
