Im having a starting problem with my 1989 190e
The first time i try to start my car, the engine wont turn over, and i hear a click.
The second time it usually starts fine. Anyone know what could be the problem?

I fixed this 4 years ago but figured you would all know it was the starter solenoid, so i just got a new starter

This happened to me about 6 months ago or so.

I got a tune up and that solved the problem almost 100%. The other problem was that it took awhile to turn over when the gas gauge was around 1/3. so I keep it filled up and it starts great.
