Starter or battery faulty?

My W210 E240 V6 1998 had a battery change in Apr'04. Lately, it happen sometimes, when I turn the ignition key, nothing happen (ignition indicators on but engine not start). When this happen, I turn back the ignition key & restart. Sometime, it success & sometimes need several try. Need an advise.
