Since i bought the car I have had problems with the AC and Heater. Whenever i turn either on the RPM's drop and the car stalls, but if i rev the engine the RPM's drop for a second and then everything is fine and i have no problem. This only happens the first time i turn on the heater or AC. Any time after that the RPM's do not drop. Does any one know what could be going on?

If it is stalling under load it might be that your car is not tuned properly.
Check you ignition, fuel, air and possible vacuum leaks. It's also possible that the voltage regulator is not steady so check that too.

My 93 will not stall at idle but, with the lights and AC on, my voltage will drop to 12 volts. I even think it will go as low as 11.7 volts. Mines been doing this for years. Once I pull away from a traffic light it goes up to 13.7 or so. Theres a fine line on my car around 500-600 rpm's where it voltage regulator justs stops charging the car. How low does your car idle?

Well at the moment engine is out of the car because water was getting in the first cylinder head. But if i remember right i believe it idled around 600rpm, maybe 700. But then again i haven't drove the car in almost a year now.
