[C class 2009]

Hello everyone !
thankyou for you replies ! i replaced in my c300 matic 2009 replaced 2 other used steering wheel column combination whith 3 levers switchers but still no turning signals , no windsheield , no horn , no steering wheel adjuster , only the cruise control lever works , and now after replacing those 2 , no i a have SRS mulfunction also. Its crazy! I dont know! Do you have any suggestion , any help is apprecciated ,

The car connects to obd2 scanner but no communication , doesnt read any data
Do you think it might need any ECM or SAM reprogramming
