I had the seat bottom assy replaced in my c240 under warranty. Also, there is a headrest rattle tech bulletin in case it is your headrest making the noise.

i have the same problem. but i have a feeling the dealership is going to tell me it's not going to be covered since i lowered my car. what do you think?
