My car has begun making a speed dependent noise as though there were a dry leaf stuck on a tire and the leaf hits part of the car as it rotates. It' snot that loud and is heard mostly at low low speeds. brakes? bearings? Help?

I have developed a similar noise that I noticed after putting on the hardtop for the winter. I frist thought it was a lose exhaust system but upon checking it is tight. Now I am thinking it might be the soft top frame or suspension spring making the noise. It does not sound like a bad bearing to me. Let me know what you find and when I figure mine out I'll post the diagnosis.
