Hi Tony,

there are 3 possible ways to find out the paint code.

1st: Check your service manual. If you still have the original one the code should be inside
2nd: Ask your Mercedes dealer. With the VIN of your car he should find out the code
3rd: Take a look at your a-pillar. On the badge with the VIN the code should be mentioned.

Thanks for your reply and you are right. A local paint supplier told me that he was 90% sure that the paint code was artic white 9147. I took a sample and tried it and it was a perfect match.

I went to a local paint shop as I had no luck with the local Mercedes Distributor and he told me that it was likley to be Artic White 9147.
I decided to by a sample and try it and it worked out fine.

Hey guys can you help me in locating my colour code?

 

Gooday ppl.
I've got a white 2009 VW Crafter and I'm having trouble finding the paint code.
There's nothing that looks like a code on any stickers that I can find on the vehicle.
Is it likely it would be the same as a Sprinter of the same vintage ?
