AMG part numbers...

The AMG stamp on my spoiler that I put on my 500 SEC a couple of years ago reads:
MADE IN WEST GERMANY
Heckflugel W126
Telle-Nr. 7880356/USA
Telle-Nr. 7880368
The stamp is under the wing on the driver's side, at least on mine it is. Big drawback to this particular spoiler is the wieght. Very heavy! I need to redo my trunk springs now to hold the wieght of the spoiler and Hazard triangle. I have pictures of it painted and mounted on my car if I can figure out how to attach photos here.

i dig the spoiler om my Q45 makes the trunk lid like a guilotine.
i just installed a M3 type lip spoiler this evening light and good looking painted to code for $60 ship included

does anyone currently make any kind of lip spoiler for a 126? i feel like i would know, but i guess it doesn't hurt to ask.. if not, i'm seriously considering snagging a bunch from JYs and seeing if i can frankenstein one together that will look clean. or at least find one i can build off of..

My Q has an infiniti spoiler
My 126 has thre lip spoiler - the largest one i could find leaves about 1/2" on each side. thinkk it is 52" here is the link to the person i got mine from

took me 7 minutes to lay it on - mad strong 3m tape comes on the back.

That's the same type of trunk lid "lip" spoiler I got on eBay for my car a while back.

My car is going to the body shop to have it installed tomorrow.

I have two of those spoilers at the moment. I had to buy a complete kit from a 1984 SE to get the rear bumper apron.
