i was working on my 380 the other night and had to kneel on the pass. side bumper in order to get my arm at the proper angle for installing one of the lower vac lines. I heard a "crunchy" sound and looked closely where the side part of the bumper mounts to find that it was pretty well rotted out. I didn't take a close look at the chin piece but I have to assume it might be kinda crusty.
I looked at a couple of threads involving spoilers and the classiccar's thread REALLY was the best. I haven't seen anything describing any negative aspects on these or if they affect "stock" status or not...
Any thoughts on this, ladies and germs?

I really do like the way that classic car restorer's turned out. I think it matches the rest of the car nicely and , by the sound of it, wasn't too terribly hard to install.
