Can anyone tell me where I can possibly look to purchase a spare tire that will fit the 2016 s 550 sedan. I also would like to purchase a jack kit. Any feedback will be appreciated.

The part number for the complete jack kit is 166-580-69-00 and it runs $80-$100. As far as the spare tire, many people choose to purchase the mini spare for the W221 along with a short bolt kit. I have decided to buy a cheap aftermarket rim that accommodates the front tire size along with the cheapest tire. That way I have a full size spare that can maintain normal highway speeds and can be used in the front or rear.
Thanks for the response and for the information. I use a few roadside services so I am moreso interested in the spare tire than the jack kit. Can you possibly tell me where I can find the mini spare and short bolt kit for the w221? And if possible can you give me more details on the option of the aftermarket rim and tire?
From what I've read on forums, most get them from Ebay. As far as the aftermarket tire and rim, may want to check with Tire Rack or Discount Tire. I'm getting mine at Discount the next time I buy tires.
Just a thought regarding the use of a spare on the 222. IF you have the sport package you may want to double check if any spare you get, will fit. I tried to swap 18" rims from a 221 for my (2015) 20" AMG rims (yes, I know, the other guy was getting a deal!) because I wanted the better ride the 18's provided. Turns out, If you have the sport package you must use AMG rims otherwise standard rims will not clear the larger calipers.
