hi spanner means thats how far over a service you are can be reset by key position 2 in lock and press km button twice turn key to position 0 within 10 seconds keep km button pressed turn key to pos 2 hold km for 10 seconds after about 10 sec beep and new time will reset

Can anyone help please.
When i start my vito 110, 03 reg it beebs at me once and the mileage goes off and is replaced with a small spanner and a -17400 which used to read -17300? Is this anything to do with oil or servicing?
Not sure if this is connected but the engine cuts out whilst driving, just goes dead. Sometimes it wont start, it just ticks over for half a second or sometimes not at all and then cuts out? any knowledge or comments would be greatly appreciated.
