I don't have one and right now I wish I did. Waiting for help on the side of the freeway in the middle of Louisiana!

Can anyone tell me the part number/s of the space saver wheel/tire so I can get one. I ended up with goo all over my hands trying to use the FIXFLAT crap. Needless to say it didn't! I have a spare from my wives E500 on the way so I can get home. HELP!
