Hi,

Anyone purchased re-manufactured ATE calipers lately care to share the source? I need to replace a Bendix rear caliper but I can't find anything reasonable and I'm having difficulty tracking down a set of ATE as well.

Edit: It appears new stock can be found around $120. I guess it isn't economical for ATE to sell rebuilds right now.

Hi,

The ones off of the car are Bendix. I went ahead and replaced them with new ATEs. I can't find any rebuild kits for rear Bendix. What I've gathered is that ATE and Bendix calipers are very similar, but have a slightly different piston design which makes the ATE kit hardware non-interchangeable unless the piston is swapped.

If anyone knows otherwise or knows where to get two Bendix repair kits, I'd sure like to know.
