Temperature, Oil, Gas and RPM gauges seems to be not working but everything else works... Speedo, clock, and economy gauges are fine. There is also this constant low tone noise -- kinda like when your door is open but when I turn my signals on, it stops then comes on again when the signlas are off.

Any ideas??? Could be a fuse or wiring?

check your fuses to start.

Happened to me too once, it is definately a fuse. I cant recall which one since I dont have manual that tells me what each fuse is for. Check them all and you will find the culprit.

Thanks... I will check it out tonight... I'm hoping its just fuses.

It was definitely the Fuse. #5 was busted. Everything is back in order!
