Long time reader, first post!!

I'm having an issue with my Soft Top after the battery died completely.

I think I have two issues
Window drops and sticky rear lock
I've tried to list the problems as detailed as possible below.
Appreciate all the help and knowledge I know I'll get here ?

Opening
Windows drop
Rear soft top section raises, canopy cover opens, front left lock opens, front right cuts out. Switch Light flashes, no beeping
Restart engine opens front right lock
Roof comes to vertical position and cut out again. Switch Light flashes, no beeping
Restart engine completes opening procedure

Closing
Drops windows
Canopy opens, roof comes to vertical position, cuts out. Switch Light flashes, no beeping
Restart engine sometimes closes completely, sometimes need to flick left rear lock manually (just flick it by hand, no tools, no slotting roof or manual closing)
Restart engine completes closing procedure.

Left window drops of its own accord intermittently

Battery completely flat and recharged.
Not jump started
No soft top replacement or adjustments
All hydraulic and mechanical systems seem ok

Did you recharge the battery in the car?

Usually I'm the last guy to suggest the star dx system, but if you did recharge in the car, I'd be all up on that dx system to check the computers.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I charged the battery on the bench and all seemed good.
It'll be a good while before I get to the dealer so Star will have to wait.
