Thanks. On order, all shocks, lower arm control bushings, and CV joints for the back. Everything else looks in good shape.

Right now I'm fighting an ignition tumbler that refuses to go in, it just turns but the thread on the anti-theft collar does not grab.

I'm open to suggestions...

Find a thread on removing and installing the Lock Tumbler. There is a specific position the Key has to be in and in that position you stick a paper clip into the hole on the face of the tumbler and the clip goes inside inside and depresses a block on the tumbler.
When he block is depressed and the Tumbler is inserted you are able to thread on the Sleeve.
If you look inside of the sleeve you will see that there is a slot inside for the block to rise into and lock the sleeve in place when you remove the paper clip.
